Description
Responsibilities- Perform regular reviews of project documentations in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements and Firm's internal requirements
- Collaborate with business and internal control functions like compliance, legal and internal audit if required
- Stay on top of regulatory, policy and internal procedural changes and deliver necessary adjustments
Requirements
- Bahcelor degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial services, KYC, risk, compliance or internal audit
- Knowledge and experience in HK IPO and US IPO
- Ability to manage workload effectively and accurately and prioritise tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive work relationships within department and across functions
