Are you ready to help shape creative projects that make a real impact? As a Creative Project Manager in our Art Department, you'll play a key role in ensuring our marketing materials are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with our talented creative team and account managers, managing workflows and timelines to keep everything running smoothly. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our creative project workflows, ensuring every task is set up for success. You'll manage the full lifecycle of creative projects, from setting up tasks in our project management system (Workfront) to scheduling resources and tracking progress. You'll work closely with Art Account Managers and resource managers to allocate tasks, adjust schedules, and ensure deadlines are met. By keeping everyone informed and addressing potential delays early, you'll help the team deliver exceptional work that meets business needs.

Your day-to-day will include scheduling meetings, applying standard turnaround times to incoming requests, and ensuring the creative team has everything they need to succeed-like complete briefs, correct files, and clear deadlines. You'll also play a key role in quality control, making sure projects go through proofreading and archiving processes. When challenges arise, you'll proactively escalate issues and find solutions to keep projects on track.

About you

• You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• You've got at least 3 years of project management experience in a marketing or agency setting, working with creative teams.
• You're comfortable using project management tools like Workfront (or similar software).
• You're fluent in English and can communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
• You're organised, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can manage multiple projects at once.
• Bonus points if you've worked with creative teams in the financial, insurance, or benefits consulting space, or have a design background.
