Draft, review and maintain the Bank's Best Execution policies, standards and related directives.
Design and enhance Best Execution governance frameworks, including roles, responsibilities and oversight arrangements.
Act as subject matter expert on Best Execution requirements and financial markets regulation for internal stakeholders.
Assess the Bank's Best Execution arrangements against applicable regulatory requirements and identify gaps.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices and translate them into policy updates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent implementation.
Your Profile:
Education: Law degree, or recognised expertise as a Best Execution specialist
Experience: Expertise in financial markets regulation and Best Execution requirements
Trainings & certificates: Required trainings completed and relevant certificates/exams, where applicable
Excellent written and spoken English required. German is an advantage.
