Asset/Property Management
Description
Main tasks- Monitor and and interpret financial regulations, including MiFID II, AML, CSSF and CONSOB guidelines
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance monitoring, audits, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors
- Manage incident reporting and remediation activities
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
- Prepare regular reports for management and regulatory authorities
- Conduct AML and Compliance due diligence on both counterparties and assets
Work experience and background requirements
- Experience in funds and a Management Company
- Demonstrate a real interest in corporate secretariat and AML/KYC as well as in reading and analysing regulations
- Direct reporting to the managing director
Personal attribute
- Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- 3-4 years of experience in compliance or audit, preferably in asset management or financial services
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations (MiFID II, AML, KYC, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
