Compensation Manager

We’re partnering exclusively with a respected Jacksonville organization to recruit a Compensation Manager for a high-impact, analytics-driven role. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong teams, improving systems, and partnering closely with leadership to shape how people work and grow. This is a visible role with meaningful exposure to senior leadership and a defined path toward Director-level growth.
Responsibilities
Serve as the HR subject matter expert in compensation
Develop advanced Excel models for compensation analysis, salary composites, and market benchmarking
Generate dashboards and management reports supporting strategic decision-making
Lead annual compensation cycles including merit, market, and promotion reviews
Conduct compensation benchmarking, compa-ratio analysis, and internal equity reviews
Partner with leadership on salary structures, pay philosophy, and cost modeling
Maintain job architecture and position description library
Manage employment-based immigration processes including F-1/OPT and H-1B visas
Requirements
5 years of progressive HR experience; 3 years of which is specialization in Compensation issues, helping to define comp policies and strategies
Advanced Excel skills and compensation system expertise required
Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree; some Data Analytics education helpful
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
