What You’ll Do
- Conduct compensation analyses to support salary offers, promotions, and internal equity reviews.
- Benchmark jobs using market survey data and recommend salary grades and ranges.
- Maintain and update compensation structures, job descriptions, and salary guidelines.
- Assist in developing and administering incentive and variable pay programs.
- Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases and market adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency).
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation matters.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate trends and insights to leadership.
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to inform strategy.
- Support special projects such as pay equity studies and system implementations.
- Utilize strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (Workday is a plus).
- Leverage your familiarity with compensation survey tools (e.g., Payfactors) and Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) for efficiency.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field; CCP certification a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting
Preferred:
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and salary structure design
- Knowledge of healthcare job families and regulatory requirements
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
