COLLECTIONS ROLE FOR VIETNAMESE SPEAKERS | TTDI | IN-OFFICE POSITION

They are hiring multiple Vietnamese-speaking professionals due to expansion of their regional finance operations team.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer payment, collections, and billing inquiries.
• Provide clear, empathetic support and deliver solutions with a professional, customer-first approach.
• Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, personalized assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Billing, Collections) to resolve account issues and remove blockers.
• Document interactions accurately and ensure all follow-ups and resolutions meet service standards.

What you'll need

• Previous involvement in phone-based customer interaction roles-such as customer service, call center operations, product support, or collections.
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in Vietnamese, suitable for business communication with customers.
• Open to candidates from any educational background, including non-degree holders, provided they bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related operational platforms.
• Fully on-site, day-shift position in TTDI office.
