The Clinical Coordinator Associate serves as a primary point of contact for Paradigm RISK files, partnering closely with Network Managers to ensure the timely, accurate delivery of home health services and medical supplies. In this role, you will investigate and resolve complex issues across multiple systems, collaborate with internal teams including Home Health, DME, Billing, and Finance, and ensure thorough documentation and regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to injured workers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting high‑acuity, service‑driven healthcare operations. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6p EST, with an expectation of reliable and predictable attendance during scheduled hours.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Mission, Values and Vision of Paradigm, promoting positive public relations and demonstrating service excellence, respect for customers, coworkers, and management. Consistently maintain a high level of ethical and professional standards, continuously striving to improve healthcare services.
- This role is solely responsible for Paradigm RISK files.
- Work collaboratively with Network Managers to ensure compliance with file follow-up per established policies and procedures, reporting any concerns as needed.
- Contact vendor agencies to obtain notes and home health compliance.
- Order medical supplies and confirm delivery for assigned referrals.
- Provide excellent responsiveness and follow-up with injured workers, family members, vendors,
- Ensure receipt of authorization with vendor sources.
- Build a rapport with each Injured Worker and Network Manager
- Plan and complete job duties, organizing individual workload to meet jurisdictional and Best Practice Standards for timeliness, notification, and documentation requirements
- Provide appropriate follow-up with supervisors, co-workers, network managers, and providers regarding updates, reported complaints and concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with all departments through interdepartmental referrals and communication.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Maintain confidentiality of all data, including injured workers' Protected Health Information (PHI), employee, and operations data.
- Precept new staff within the department as requested.
- Attend regularly scheduled Team Meetings and 1:1 with your supervisor
- Maintain reliable and predictable attendance during scheduled work hours.
Qualifications:
- Worker's Compensation or healthcare experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. MA preferred.
- Knowledgeable of injured workers' rights and ability to ensure an atmosphere which promotes the privacy, dignity, and well-being of injured workers.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex, escalated, or high acuity Home Health cases requiring advanced problem solving and coordination
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare documentation, and complex/catastrophic injuries and diagnosis
- Proficiency with healthcare systems, referral platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, cooperation, service excellence, and effective conflict resolution skills.

- Collaboration and teamwork; ability to mentor, train, and serve as a resource for less experienced team members
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Address concerns tactfully and provides appropriate follow up; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; knowledge of medical terminology; Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills; Excellent computer skills (e.g., Outlook, Teams, to be trained in proprietary software).
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, current laws and policies which protect workers from harassment and all illegal and discriminatory behavior. Comply with applicable Quality Assurance initiatives.
- Complete requirements for required training and demonstrate acceptable attendance.
