A day in the life.
As our Client Service Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you'll provide leadership and supervision to the Employee Benefits client management team, ensuring the retention and development of quality colleagues. You will ensure client service standards, internal client management processes and reporting requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner. You will also execute departmental objectives in alignment with overall business strategies and objectives.
Our future colleague.
We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7-9 years of group health & welfare plan industry experience and demonstrated relationship management skills.
- Experience leading and managing colleague teams.
- Resident State Life & Health Producer's License.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation.
