This Opportunity:
Supporting members of our growing Civil Engineering team
Use of AutoCAD Civil 3D for analysis and design of roadways, trails, sidewalks, water main, sanitary and storm sewer systems and site improvements
Use of Microsoft Excel for development of project bid item tables, quantities and cost opinions
Prepare construction plans, site plans, grading and drainage plans, for a wide range of public and private infrastructure systems
Learning new design techniques and construction capabilities to bring clients the most innovative and creative solutions
Keeping abreast of the latest design standards and procedures and committing to continuous improvement to exceed minimums to create a better product
Being dedicated to working hard and achieving excellence in a team environment
Essential Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Civil Engineering Technology
Ability to work full time if out of school or over 20 hours while in school
Completed course work or hands on experience in MicroStation, AutoCAD, ESRI and/or GIS
Ability to report into our Delafield, WI office 1-2 times per week
Must have good communication skills and be able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interest in Land Development Projects

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $20 and $25 per hour based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
