Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain commercial activity of corporate clients (SOE, top POE)
• Develop and maintain client relationship
• Develop client intimacy and content driven dialogue
• Originate and execute transactions from flow to structured finance to strategic transaction
• Prepare transaction rationale paper for presentation to the business committee (profitability calculation...)
• Visit/Call client and prepare marketing material, meeting minutes, and follow up action plan
Monitor credit
• Perform credit due diligence
• Participate to the credit memo presentation to the credit committee
• Participate to credit committee
Job Requirements
Very good understanding of banking products (investment banking, structured finance and capital markets) and extensive local corporate connections
• Experience in managing Corporate Coverage Client Relationships
• Master degree education
• Minimum of 8 years of senior front office experience with corporates
• Ability to analyze, present, pitch, argue
• Well structured, organized and systematic
