Job Description

1. Corporate & Institutional Banking (Core Focus)

- Product Leadership: Lead the structuring and execution of off-shore Bilateral Loans and Syndicated Loans for corporate clients across China.

- Sector Coverage: Develop deep expertise and maintain exclusive coverage of clients in the New Economy, Advanced Manufacturing, and Green & Sustainable Finance sectors.

- Client Coverage: Manage and grow relationships with key C-Level executives of mid-to-large cap companies, providing tailored financing solutions, cash management, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Transaction Management: Source, structure, and execute cross-border financing deals, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards and group's risk policies.

2. Private Banking & Wealth Management (Enabling Role)

- Integrated Wealth Services: Provide holistic financial advisory to the corporate clients' leadership teams and their families (Single Family Offices / UHNWIs).

- Asset Advisory: Offer customized investment solutions, wealth inheritance planning, and cross-border asset allocation strategies to clients with an AUM threshold of EUR 3 million per family.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Chief Representative and Bank's Global PB team to deliver seamless cross-border wealth management services.

3. Business Development & Market Leadership

- Market Insight: Continuously monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in China financial market.

- Pipeline Building: Proactively source high-quality deals and establish strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions, law firms, and consulting agencies in the region.

Job Requirements
Professional Experience
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in top-tier financial institutions.
- Dual Expertise: Must have solid experience in both Corporate/Institutional Banking (specifically Loan Syndication/Bilateral Loans) and Private Banking in China.
- Sector Expertise: Deep understanding and established client network in the New Economy, Advanced Manufacturing, and Green Finance industries.
- Cross-Border Experience: Strong experience in handling cross-border transactions and relationships with international investors or financial institutions.
Technical & Language Skills
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in corporate finance, loan structuring, syndication processes, and wealth management products.
- Languages: native in Mandarin and English (Business fluent or above). Any additional European language is a strong plus.
