Missions Description :

Project 1 - "E Invoicing"

Objective: Analyze and review all internal invoicing processes to identify the impacts of e-Invoicing and anticipate the necessary adjustments in compliance with finance law.

Responsibilities :

• Challenge the teams on their existing processes and propose improvements to ensure compliance with finance legislation.
• Lead testing campaigns in collaboration with the invoicing teams, ensuring data quality and proper functioning of the tools.
• Prepare and support deployment for other countries.
• Define and implement new processes.

Project 2 - "VESUVE"

Objective: Coordinate the project with different internal and external stakeholders: TAI Finance, Middle Office, Legal, Contract Modeling, France teams, and PwC.

Responsibilities :

• Challenge the teams on the discussed scenarios and processes to ensure compliance with finance legislation and optimize processes.
• Analyze and review all internal processes impacted to identify the effects of Vésuve and anticipate necessary adjustments.
• Lead testing campaigns in collaboration with the teams, ensuring data quality and proper functioning of the tools.

• Detailed test reports on various tools and processes.

• Impact analysis of portfolio transfers.
• Business requests for tool modifications.
• Detailed test reports on various tools and processes.

Preferred Experience

• Finance / accounting background.
• Invoicing processes, e-Invoicing, fiscal/tax management.

Required Technical Skills :

Other Skills or Abilities Desired :

• Able to work in both French and English.
