THAI SPEAKING CASH APPLICATION ROLE | TTDI | FULL TIME

Your new company
A globally recognised professional services organisation supporting multinational clients across finance and business operations. With a strong regional presence and structured development framework, the organisation is known for its professional environment, leadership support, and clear career progression pathways. They are hiring multiple Thai-speaking professionals due to expansion of their regional finance operations team.

Key responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to Thai customers to resolve unapplied payments with professionalism and empathy.
• Accurately apply incoming payments (wire, check, credit card) to the correct accounts in the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including overpayments and short payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex account issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.

What you'll need to succeed
• Previous involvement in roles that require handling customer calls, such as customer service, call center support, product assistance, or collections.
• Open to candidates from any educational path-degree holders or non-degree holders (with a minimum of two years of relevant experience).
• Fluent in Thai (spoken & written) - mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
• Able to work full-time in office (TTDI).
