The Office of Student Involvement (OSI), through its staff, graduate assistants, and student leaders, offers meaningful and inclusive opportunities that foster student engagement, connection, and community. The Campus Programming Advisor works closely with the Assistant Director of Campus Programming and two Graduate Assistants to support the Campus Activities Team (CAT), Villanova University's campus programming board that develops a wide range of events to enhance the undergraduate student experience. The Campus Programming Advisor serves as the primary on-site staff presence for CAT and OSI, supporting the planning and implementation of events that foster community through late-night, on-campus programming for undergraduate students. This is a 12-month position beginning June 2026 and operating on both Villanova and Cabrini campuses. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. | Duties and Responsibilities: | Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Campus Programming, and in collaboration with two graduate assistant team members, support CAT events through the training, management and execution of all 100+ CAT events each academic year. This includes collaborating with the Assistant Director to assess current programming, to identify evolving student needs, and to develop, implement, and support initiatives that enhance student engagement and connection. The position will also create and administer trainings before and throughout each semester, informed by data gathered through monthly assessments of programming, and will ensure appropriate professional, graduate, and/or undergraduate student staffing support is in place for each CAT event. | Minimum Qualifications: |
The Office of Student Involvement is an exciting and busy work environment with multiple peak periods of work activity across the calendar year. Due to the timing of programming, it is to be expected that meetings and events will be scheduled beyond traditional work hours. The Student Involvement Advisor is expected to work into evenings and on weekends throughout the academic year to support event support and coordination.

| Salary Posting Information: | This position falls within salaried grade 12 and the range for this position is $47,500-56,900. The final salary will be determined with consideration of several factors including the selected candidate's qualifications, department budget availability, market data, and internal equity. |
