A competitive, values-driven congressional campaign in South Florida is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead the campaign to victory.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall campaign strategy and execution
• Manage staff, consultants, vendors, and volunteers
• Oversee budget, fundraising operations, and compliance in coordination with finance staff
• Develop and implement field, communications, and voter contact plans
• Serve as senior advisor to the candidate and primary point of coordination across departments
• Track goals, timelines, and metrics to ensure campaign discipline and progress
