Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Intelligence Analyst I supports operational excellence by transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive performance, efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the operations function. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a passion for building dashboards, models, and tools that improve business outcomes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and analyze large sets of operational data and metrics to support various internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Develop and manage Tableau dashboards and automated reporting tools to visualize KPIs and operational trends.
• Mine systems for relevant data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Build productivity tools and quantitative models to support service metrics, cost forecasting, cycle times, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and support scaling initiatives.
• Assist in developing cost forecasts, budgets, and long-range strategic planning through data-driven analysis.
• Interpret complex data relationships and react to unexpected events with problem-solving agility.

Qualifications

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data analytics or BI role.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, SQL, and other BI tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
