Description

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established multinational organisation to hire a Senior Executive, Business Controlling to support its finance and performance management function. This role offers strong exposure to business partnering, analysis, and reporting within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, including P&L analysis, forecasts and performance tracking
• Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing clear insights to stakeholders
• Partner closely with commercial and operational teams to support business decision-making
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast exercises
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports and data visualisation tools, including Power BI
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in business controlling, financial analysis or reporting roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
