Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The role will focus on analyzing business requirements, evaluating existing processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Should have a strong understanding of business analysis, system requirements, and data analysis, preferably within FinTech, banking, or financial services.
Analyze and document end-to-end business processes related to loan applications, approvals, disbursements, repayments, and financial services.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
Support system enhancements, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments for proposed business
Prepare Business Requirements Document and Functional Requirements Document, user stories, and process flows.
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering.
Experience with BRDs, FRDs, and process mapping.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
FinTech, banking, or financial services experience is a strong plus.
