We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our IT department.
Position Objective:
Facilitate discussions in providing analysis and assist with management of prioritized assignments.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures for business processes, systems, and workflows, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Lead process improvement and change management initiatives, driving efficiency and supporting smooth adoption across teams.
- Create and manage comprehensive documentation for processes, policies, and system usage to enable consistency and transparency.
- Deliver training programs that equip stakeholders with knowledge of new procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Reinforce adoption of new behaviors and processes through ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback mechanisms.
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Education, Certification or Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related area or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible work experience in related area required
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three years’ experience eliciting and documenting business requirements required
- Experience with enterprise applications and e-commerce required
- Experience with data analysis, interpretation, and maintenance required
- Experience with traditional Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite

- Communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences, including internal teams, external clients, and members
- Facilitate discussions, build consensus, and negotiate successful outcomes
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, including phone and email correspondence
- Consultative and Interpersonal Skills
- Apply consultative skills to address inquiries and provide guidance
- Foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Target pay is $72,700 to $90,900 per year depending on experience and is paired with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Three separate paid time off accounts (Vacation, Sick and Personal)
- Immediate eligibility and vesting for retirement savings plan with a 3% employer contribution and up to 3% company match upon hire
- Excellent medical, dental and vision plans with generous cost sharing by employer
