Job Description Summary

Sunbelt Rentals - Make It Happen

Are you a driven leader ready to run a multi‑million‑dollar operation in one of North America's fastest‑growing rental companies? Sunbelt Rentals is looking for a high‑impact Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) to lead our British Columbia operations with a special focus on power generation and HVAC rental solutions.

What You'll Do

As our Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the full performance of your rental center, including:

• Leading Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Driving significant growth in Power Generation and HVAC rentals across British Columbia's industrial, construction, emergency response, utilities, and remote-site markets
• Steering both operational and financial strategy, including P&L accountability, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Building a high-performing, safety-focused team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Influencing key customers and expanding market share through strong external partnerships and consultative selling

What Prepares You for Success

• Business Management degree and 1+ year of rental industry experience
  OR
  3-4 years of rental industry experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

What You Bring

• Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and influence outcomes
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial controls
• Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of construction, industrial services, or related equipment markets (experience with power generation or HVAC systems is a strong asset)
• High personal accountability, strong time management, and a willingness to learn all facets of the business

Physical & Workplace Requirements

This role may involve bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations are available as required by law.

Base Pay Range
65,000.00 - 132,430.10
