Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This is a part-time, project-based position responsible for identifying and implementing streamlined company benefits processes.  

DURATION:  6-9 month project assignment. 20-30 hours/week expected.

PAY RATE RANGE:  $25 - $35/hour

SCHEDULE:  hybrid; ability to work onsite 1-3 days per week in Bingham Farms/Southfield, MI area

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Identify and implement benefit process improvements, converting manual methods to electronic workflows within the HR information system.

      Set up and administer annual enrollment, EDI feeds and life-event enrollments.     

      Perform employee benefits administration as required.  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

      Experience managing, analyzing and improving employee benefit programs

      Benefits administration experience required.

      Previous experience transitioning manual benefit processes to automated processes within an HRIS.

      Strong HRIS benefits module experience.  UKG Pro experience strongly preferred. 

      Intermediate Excel skills required.
