Description
Responsibilities- Lead and manage full execution of M&A transactions across Southeast Asia
- Oversee valuation analyses, financial modelling, deal structuring, and due diligence.
- Prepare investment memoranda, pitchbooks and client presentations.
- Build and strengthen relationships with corporates, founders, and investors across SEA.
- Work closely with the Singapore Managing Director on proactive business development, including market coverage, thematic idea generation, and origination initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure excellence across all deliverables.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of M&A, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance experience.
- Strong track record in deal execution with hands‑on involvement in live transactions.
- Existing relationships with investors and funds (PE, growth equity, VC, strategics) strongly preferred.
- Deep familiarity with the Southeast Asia dealmaking ecosystem; able to build and manage regional client relationships.
- Sector experience in TMT and/or Healthcare is a significant advantage.
