Description

This position entails working directly with clients on matters related to real estate and construction disputes.  From initial contact with the client to final resolution of the issues, your responsibilities will include assessing the facts, analyzing the law, and preparing correspondence to lawyers, clients, and non-parties. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents and appearing in court for all matters related to the litigation cycle.  Some travel within the state, may be required on occasion.  You may also be able to work remotely, when circumstances permit.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be an Indiana licensed attorney in good standing, with at least 5 years of litigation experience.  Proficiency in MS-Word, Outlook, Excel is required.  Knowledge of real estate and/or construction is preferred, but not necessary.
