With 25+ years of history in the Finance market, your new company is a renowned Asset Management firm. They operate across Asia and are continuously expanding their business and operations. With an open-minded, high performing and flexible culture, they are hiring an Associate, Investment Operations to join the friendly and supportive team.

Your new role

• Assist with daily NAV preparation, including validating valuations, cash movements, and position reconciliations.
• Perform trade, cash, and position reconciliations with custodians and brokers, and investigate discrepancies.
• Support processing of fund expenses, accruals, subscriptions, and redemptions.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely data updates in internal systems.
• Prepare routine operational reports and provide documentation for audits and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve operational issues promptly.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1 Year of Accounting, Finance or OperationsExperience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experienced in Excel or VBA is a plus
• A positive and open-minded attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong Chinese communication skills
