Description

The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent will work closely with the Director of Agronomy, Superintendent, and other Assistants. They will be given as much latitude as possible to make our course awesome! Passion, Attitude, Work Ethic, and Time Management are key attributes we are looking for.

We have a talented team and we continue to grow. We are in the finishing stages of a new practice facility and several other projects are forthcoming. The Assistant Superintendent will be exposed to construction and renovation while also balancing the maintenance and high standards of the golf course.

We work hard to maintain personal and professional balance with in-season opportunities for time away to recharge!

• An understanding of the expectations of a private golf club.
• An eye for detail with a sense of urgency.
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not mandatory. An understanding of the Hispanic culture is helpful.
• Three-day weekends every third week.
