Overview

Start and end dates (May-October) for this seasonal position can be flexible. This is an entry level position and while previous experience is preffered, the ideal candidate will exhibit a strong passion for the game and willingness to learn. The Assistant Professional will work closely alongside the Director of Golf and Professional staff in administering all aspects of the golf program.

The Woodstock Country Club is host to over 15,000 rounds in a short summer season. While a Resort Course, the Club also maintains a membership base of 350 members. Weekly Men's and Women's association events are an important part of this role. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to learn the golf industry and start a pathway towards becoming a PGA Professional.

Experience Required

A sound knowledge of the games fundamentals and competent playing skills are required as is a desire to become a PGA Associate if not already enrolled.

Essential Responsibilities

The Woodstock Country Club is a customer service oriented operation and this role will have daily responsibilities split between golf shop and bag room service in addition to assisting with weekly tournament and instructional programs.
