This position is operationally focused on a robust and thriving tournament program, day to day operations, provide antiticpatory and proactive Member Golf Experience, and committed to prioritizing the culture of the Forest Highlands Team.
You will collaborate with various departments, including the Superintendent and Merchandiser, to enhance member satisfaction, promote the caddie program, and maximize revenue opportunities while upholding club standards.

Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years of private member owned club experience preferred
Leading and developing teams through actions, disposition, and passion
Multi-course experience is a plus
Proven work experience in a mountain or summer seasonal environment
PGA Member or Level 2 Apprentice that is fully committed to professional longevity, growth, and career development
