They are hiring multiple Vietnamese-speaking professionals due to expansion of their regional finance operations team.

What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls focused on collections and billing-related inquiries.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Build rapport and handle inquiries with a professional, empathetic, and solutions oriented approach.

• Deliver personalized support with a positive, can do" attitude.

• Work closely with internal teams, such as Billing, to resolve issues that impact customer accounts and payment processing.

What you'll need

• Prior hands-on experience handling customer interactions over the phone, whether in customer service, call center support, product inquiries, or collections.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese, suitable for professional business conversations with customers.

• Open to candidates from any educational background, including non-degree holders, provided they bring a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Comfortable working with digital tools and systems, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related operational platforms.

• Fully onsite position operating on a day-shift schedule in TTDI office.
