As an Analyst – Program Support, you will perform essential analytical functions that help drive project success and ensure adherence to corporate and government requirements. In this role, you will coordinate with clients and internal teams, maintain and distribute critical reports, monitor project cost, schedule, and performance, and keep leadership informed of progress. You will also support meeting logistics, prepare minutes, and serve as a central point of communication between stakeholders.
This position is onsite at our Nashville location. The center operates 24/7; therefore, candidates must be able to work a shift during any time within a 24-hour period, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various analytical functions in support of the project while ensuring that corporate project management standards and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate activities between the client, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Adhere to relevant government requirements and develop the necessary reports to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain various reports for client review and compliance.
- Facilitate meetings and calendars as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
- Monitor and report on the status of activities on the project including; reviewing the monthly cost, schedule, and performance.
- Act as a liaison between teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to work onsite in Nashville, TN required.
