Description
Responsibilities- Supporting deal execution from initial setup to completion
- Monitoring existing investments and fund operations
- Managing events such as transitions, restructurings, or closures
- Applying a strong understanding of fund mechanics and documentation
- Overseeing fund operations and transaction workflows
- Handling cash movements, FX activities, settlements, and transfer agency matters
- Preparing reports and key operational metrics
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline
- Chartered Accountant qualification is an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in private assets, fund operations, or similar roles
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
