Experienced Admin Assistant needed in North Sydney !! Your new company
A well-established Retail head office is looking for a highly organised and experienced Admin Assistant to provide support to a Senior Director within a busy management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and can juggle priorities with ease.
Your new role

Manage calendars, meetings, notes, and memos with absolute confidentiality

Coordinate domestic/international travel

Prepare reports, validate data, and build spreadsheets (strong Excel needed!)

Assist with meeting prep, follow-ups, and light analysis

Submit and track expense reports

Support managers with tools, reporting and day-to-day business needs

What you'll need to succeed

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience in administrative support & calendar management

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Calm under pressure and able to pivot quickly

Detail-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

3-5 Years in a Similar Admin assistant / PA Role
