Improving processes and driving automation within finance
Leading projects that modernize and make accounting operations more efficient
You'll work closely with finance, accounting, IT, and operations teams to improve how work gets done.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting
Lead the month-end close process for SG&A expenses
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and controls for accuracy and compliance
Ensure processes follow US GAAP and company policies
Improve and standardize accounting and reporting processes
Process Improvement & Transformation
Lead projects to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency in finance
Help implement new tools, systems, or automation
Partner with teams across the organization to roll out improvements
What You Need
7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, or transformation work
Strong understanding of accounting processes
Experience leading or supporting process improvements or transformation efforts
Familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, OR equivalent experience
CPA or MBA preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
