About the Opportunity

Hays is partnering with a reputable Chinese bank to recruit a Manager - Learning & Development with a strong focus on developing high‑quality training materials, especially in Chinese.
This role is ideal for an L&D professional with exceptional writing abilities, strong attention to detail, and experience translating business needs into structured, engaging, and clear learning content.

You will play a key role in producing training materials, manuals, e‑learning content, and internal communications that support staff development across the bank's regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and refine Chinese training materials, manuals, guides, and learning content.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, effective learning deliverables.
• Support the creation of curriculum content for onboarding, compliance, functional skills, service excellence, and leadership topics.
• Design training workflows, learning journeys, and structured documentation for both classroom and digital learning formats.
• Maintain consistency and quality in tone, terminology, and branding across all materials.
• Assist in coordinating L&D initiatives and supporting broader learning programs where needed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development or corporate training.
• Exceptional writing skills in Chinese is a must - able to craft clear, professional, and instructional content.
• Strong ability to structure training materials and simplify complex concepts.
• Experience in financial services or banking is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; strong bilingual communication is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple content development projects.

你将负责制作培训教材、培训手册、课程内容及线上学习资料，以支持银行在区域内的员工发展项目。

主要职责

• 负责撰写、编辑和优化中文培训教材、课程讲义、操作指引及各类学习内容。
• 与内部业务部门沟通，了解培训需求并转化为清晰、有效的学习文件。
• 编写入职培训、合规培训、岗位技能、服务质量及领导力等相关课程内容。
• 设计培训流程、学习路径及课程简介，涵盖面授培训与数字化学习形式。
• 确保培训内容在语气、用词、格式上保持一致，符合银行品牌标准。
• 根据需要协助团队推动其他学习与发展项目。

任职要求

• 6 年以上学习与发展、企业培训相关经验。
• 优秀的中文写作能力（必须），能够产出专业、清晰、有逻辑的培训内容。
• 能将复杂的业务知识简化为易于理解的学习材料。
• 具备金融或银行业经验者优先。
• 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，普通话熟练者优先。
• 工作细致、具责任感，并能同时处理多个内容开发项目。
